Ordering

The easiest way to order is online using the ‘\buy now' button beside the items that you've chosen. We will then confirm your order by e-mail and you can e-mail any wording for your stationery to us. It is also possible to order by downloading our order form and either e-mailing or posting it back to us whichever you prefer.

Proofs

Once we've received your order and payment we will then send an e-mail proof of any stationery wording that you have ordered before going to print.

Please check the proofs carefully ensuring that the spelling, dates, times etc are correct.  If you notice any errors after you have returned the proofs to me, please contact me immediately. If I have not printed your inserts the mistake can be rectified, but after printing and assembling of your order, additional costs may be incurred in correcting the mistake.

If you are ordering any stationery where you do not yet have the wording finalised, do not worry as we I can hold on to any part of your order until you send us the final details for printing.

Payment

I am able to accept payment by online by paypal or via the post by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs K. Arensbach.

Ordering Times

Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion of your order from the time we receive your approved proofs and payment. Delivery time may be shorter at less busy times.

If you require your order to be processed in a shorter time, please let me know and I will try to accommodate this.

Delivery Times & Delivery Charges

We only deliver within the UK and Europe

Delivery Time: All items will be delivered within 6 weeks of receiving your order, for stationery this is 6 weeks after the proof has been signed and returned back to us. For items that we hold in stock delivery will be sooner.

Ireland - £19.95 on all orders

Europe Delivery:

Orders £39.95 on all orders

Refunds & Damaged Goods

Product Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your products please return them within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.

Damaged items: Please check your order as soon as it arrives, any damaged goods please contact us within 24 hours and then send the items back us to us to re-make for you.

It is your responsibility to get permission to use other people's work, such as poems or hymns.
